Very cool. I would love to find a small soldering pencil like that one. I have a good soldering iron but plugging it in is not always convenient, especially for small wires like this.

I wonder if you could used the Gamma super torque motor instead, and use the Tomb45 battery. Heard those two are compatible with wahl clips. Get the 4 hole stretch bracket and slap an andis master blade on it with some andis screws. Make sure to get the cam follower to use the andis cutting blade on a magic clip too. Damn the possibilities

I havent gotten mine in. But biting the bulledt and upgrsding my battery after 4-5 years. To tomb 45 battery. Seen people day it overhests a bit. But adding a cermamic moving blade. Oil. Spray. And cleaning your took from hair. Should be more then enough to keep it mid. I just got myself a gamma fusio. Blade which is a really grest investment. Overall slowly but surly making my msgic clips into a beast. If they came out with the silver edition when i got my firdt clipper. Trust me thst would obertske any of the clippers i have fr😂💯 its a very meaning ful clipper to me. Down to road ill get it customised.
Can you build another one but different color and where did you get the magnet from the machine I've been trying to find the magnet to build a magic clip but I've looked everywhere and they don't have the magnet on top that stabilizes

I have a question the first red cable you put on the new motor where it's coming from ?
You need to make it using 22 AWG and a very small ring terminal. Had to do this myself, its the "negative" for the motor and on/off switch

Does this cost more than buying the original clipper itself?
It's still just a little bit cheaper but you get a higher rpm and you can find a longer lasting battery. The power on the magic clip is trash and the battery life is less than an hour and a half. With the right motor and battery you get up to 3 or so hours with more power.
