By cutting the JW 3 jumper you Add 10 degrees to Low Water Temp
If water is too cold it will produce this Code Normally happen Nov Dec Jan and maybe Febraury Due LAT water Temp

No...in florida when water goes below 50 the unit will not heat anymore that s why we cut the jumper to get a little heat if posible most of our customer base is 65 plus. That s why
