No. A truly born-again person cannot become spiritually dead again. 1 John 5: 11 ("has given us eternal life"). It means that you are human in a world still corrupted by sin. We all fall short and go through seasons of doubt, depression, lonliness, etc. The real question is: do you have any love and affection for the biblical jesus and do you have a heart that longs to repent and follow jesus again - even after you've screwed up? If you continually recognize that you are in need of a savior and that the strength to believe in that savior depends not on yourself, but on the transforming work of the spirit and Christ's work alone - then you are "born again". Belief is the result of becoming convinced. We should try to believe in as many true things as possible and as few false things as possible. We should require evidence to form and support our beliefs. I only heard the word "evidence" once in this video where Mr Piper seemed to be saying the evidence for the truth of Christianity is love, but we find love in religions that conflict with Christianity. I can see how self identifying Christians would find this inspiring using confirmation bias. First convince me that (a) god exists with evidence then I will agree that belief in him/her is justified. (In stead of the other way around.) When you find sufficient evidence and properly present it, you will be awarded a Nobel prize.
Calvinists have a hard time explaining why the elect would have unbelief and also why THEY should be responsible for overcoming unbelief as opposed to waiting for God to make them overcome since according to them they can't make their own decisions

The problem I'm having is that I asked Laylah (the [another] angel of the Lord) to ask Father before the throne I am not sure what to do and she said "(He, I) love you" and then He said well I am Him and He then said I want Laylah away from you and I said Father you married us she is my wife and you can have her but I want her. But after praying for a wife and kids for so long and so he took her but somehow she is still around? Idk. So then he delivers the spirit of this angel to me and says here is your (my) child. and there was this illuminating conversation (what is this child? Is it the beast that will take over is it an angel?) He said (what do you want) I said well I want an angel but I'm not fully decided and it has to be one but if this is my child how can it be that that I don't have another. So now I have like this angel curled up like a fetus glowing and hanging from my accord floating around. And I'm like Father I desire that we are closer and I'm you? I struggle with this too. But one thing that ALWAYS helps me. Is picturing Christ on the cross dying for us. It snaps me out of the sin I was doing.

Don't transgress my family with your unbelief and "science (philosophy)" when you know nothing even about this quantum universe how can you tell me you know about what heaven above is or what it holds? Christian faith isn't a philosophy. You don't know what that means or what happens because I said it in The Father's Name not the Son's, but it doesn't matter because it's going to be what it was and He is. You will find out though, and you probably won't ever figure out that this is what it was. It's going to be what He wanted. I serve the Father whom sent Me and the Word, He said to Me on lent to be like Him, to Me, when I fasted and didn't ask.for anything and Father decided that I'm in charge of His kingdom.

I haven't condemned you yet and there is still hope but my patience is growing tired of people attacking my family and my beliefs. Now Father put charge under Me of His Kingdom and if I want to say John Piper is saved and can enter then he can and he will by the Father's will. And if I want to say you won't then you won't but I haven't but I may. I don't require that you believe Me and it's not required for it to be the truth. But I do require that you don't unbelieve.

How can you possibly say that you have power like that? I know it’s no good to just call each other deceived, lost, etc because it becomes a back and forth of name calling rather than an exchange of information...but what you have described is blatantly demonic and not from God. God does not give His authority to anyone. Why would He do that? “Judge not lest ye be judged.”
Never at any time in all of creation has God given someone the authority to decide who goes to Heaven or Hell nor will He ever.
You’re not to be praying to anything or anyone other than God, not angels, not even Mary. The Bible says that Satan appears as an angel of light. So be weary of every spirit, test them-1 John 4:1.
You haven’t been given any special authority, rather what you’ve done is made yourself a god. If you have the ability to condemn someone or pardon them then that means people to need to seek your forgiveness-making you a deity
