I used to really like the bracelet as I thought it was more of a luxury piece, a piece of jewelry if you will... but rubber is just amazing in so many ways. I never take my watch off oh, hardly ever, and the rubber looks good, feels great, makes the watch weigh far more or less, and I can go in and out of the ocean and the pool and my showers without blinking. I had bought an Everest strap for my Rolex. But I've decided to put it on my Omega 300m it looks fantastic. Just had to use the Omega springbar. Everest spring bars were a bit thicker.
I looked at Everest also! And I read that most of their straps could be placed on different models but I didn't want to take the risk lol. Thanks for letting me know, I'm glad it worked out!!

I was thinking the same thing when I bought my blu seemaster on blu ruber strap. Ask the diler if he can Swap it with black one. He orders me one for free. It does not luke good with black strap. Stick to the blu one

Zealande straps are fucking ace. Great company, great customer service, GREAT STRAPS! The only downside to their straps was the buckle, which has been updated. Don't hesitate, mine is a year old and still looks great.
I feel RubberB straps are much better if the clasp fits. I have tried the strap on my Seamaster with a rolex clasp. Looks amazing but I'm sure with the omega clasp it would look better.
I have the same watch and i managed to fit the new versions rubber stap to mine u just need an aftermarket spring bar which 1mm longer. I looooove it.. im gonna get the kevlar one too with the old deployment clasp 🤯

Hi there, I reached out to Alexandre at Zealande and he did mention that install of a deployment clasp was possible. The clasp would have to fit the 18mm width at the bottom of the strap (tapered end). But you would have to source this component yourself, I'm not sure of any reputable suppliers, but you could try either Strapcode or Uncle Seiko to start. Good luck, and thanks for watching.
Thank you!! I haven’t taken the Zealande strap off of my Seamaster and wear it at least 4 days a week. I haven’t noticed any wear on the strap. I read those same comments before ordering, but to be honest I haven’t had any issues. I also haven’t handled Everest or Rubber B before so there’s a chance I’m missing something, but I’ve been totally satisfied with my purchase. Hope this helps!!
None of the Seamaster professionals have Exhibition Display Backs. They still got inhouse movement. Yours I think is 212.30.41.20.01.003 and those got Omega 2500 movement. Divers usually dont have Exhibition Display Backs. Those that has do also have added thickness to the watch.
For the most part, the latest Seamaster Professional line up come with exhibition case backs (ex. 210.30.42.20.03.001) and the general consensus is that this was done to display the "fully" in house "8800 Caliber Master Co-Axial Movement". By citing that my model did not come with an 8800, I was trying to draw attention to the slim case profile provided by a thinner steel screw down case back as opposed to a sapphire one, since it appears they are choosing to show case their newer movements with a sapphire case backs. As for our interpretations of what "in house" means, the ETA based 2500 Caliber, while robust, was not anything Omega was going to brag about in todays market, and so one could make the assumption that while they were capable of offering a display case back for my watch, they choose not to put one. Hopefully this clears up my chose of words, thanks for watching.

All movements spring from the same one, except the first movement of the type. If a movement is adjusted enough it is no longer considered to be the same movement any more. This calibre even got the patented co-axial. Meaning that none other could use or copy that movement without Omega first agree on it. If you want to talk about ETA then you can even argue that an ETA may be consider to be an in-house movement for Omega. They are after all part of the Swatch Group ;)
Guess my watch does not have an in-house movement either then. Because Omega does not want to show of the Omega 8806 in their Seamaster railmaster (220.10.40.20.03.001) :DDDDD

Is this for 36,25 mm omega seamaster?
This will only fit Seamasters with a 20mm lug width. I'm not sure what lug width smaller diameter models have. I hope this helps.

Yes, I find the bezel works more easily with the rubber strap than with the OE bracelet.
To me any watch that has a rubber band on it looks cheap as hell, that said I get why people choose them because they are comfortable.
