If a tree leans to another tree, you should NEVER EVER cut down the tree to which the earlier tree is leaning. You should instead try to roll the other tree off with a felling bar, or if that's not enough make a lever out of a small tree.

It may have looked clever, but to fell trees in such a way is just clowning about, and very dangerous and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT have him working anywhere near me. Each of those small trees should (and could) have been felled individually, and far more safely.
Not exactly by the book, working in a close environment with 4 hung trees. At my work place that would warrant a review and possible disciplinary action. You sure know how to use a saw but you're not setting a very good example. No disrespect intended but just saying.
