Holiday Hine Cognac Cocktail

“Honey, You’re Doing Grape” Hine Cocktail
• Recipe:
2 oz H by Hine
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Green Grape-Honey Syrup
3 oz Tonic
• Method:
Shake, strain over ice, and top with tonic
• Glass:
Collins
• Garnish:
Green Grapes on a pick
• Green Grape Honey Syrup Recipe:
3 cups green grapes
2 cups Honey
1 cup Water
1 pinch of salt
• Method:
Muddle green grapes in a saucepan. Add honey, water, and salt. Cook on medium temp until syrup simmers. Remove from heat and let sit for one hour. Strain.
