I have a 2015 Amore Bay spa that gives me an "Unexpected Flow" or "No Flow" error about every month. This reset has helped me, but sometimes it takes 2-3 times for it to work. I have new filters, new water (tub is filled full), and new filter screens. The flow control switch was new in January. I have another new switch arriving Monday. Any thoughts as to what is causing this? I see the small black piece in the switch is not going completely over to the other one. I have also noticed a strange gray rubbery substance that comes out of the jets that breaks apart when I touch it. Any chemicals you recommend to clean the lines inside? Thanks for the help. I don't want to sell this but am getting frustrated and concerned about it acting up in the cold winters here in MN. Thx.
Just wanted to let you know that this procedure has proven to be very effective from what I can tell. Thank you for sharing your expertise. The spa appears to be operating normally again. For your information, I had a persistent "Unexpected Flow Condition" error code that I was unable to resolve doing anything else except this. I will post back and let you know if this solution sticks. Dimension One Spa; Nautique Model. Would you know how to determine model year? I have pic of serial number plate, but it's not very obvious. I am guessing ours is either 2020 or 2021.

How do I get a hold of you? I have a question about changing some gaskets on where the equipment attaches on the swim side of the spa.

Must have an older one. My P10 goes to the recirculation pump. But I didnt damage anything thankfully
