If you mean in regards to weight loss, I’d just slowly up the calories again like 100 every month until you’re at a good surplus for about a year or 2 and then start a new shredding phase 💪🏼

Relax man it wasn’t that bad I just wanted a boy first for family dynamics but Allah knows best and I wouldn’t swap her for the perfect Son. She’s everything alhamdulillah.
Salam sis ❤️ We were just very sure we were having a boy (bought „boy“ things, came up with a name etc) up until 20 weeks and then surprisingly turned out to be a girl on the scan. We both wouldnt change our daughter for anything in the world. She is perfection allahumma barek and we both know how blessed we are to have a healthy daughter. I guess all fathers wish for a boy as their first born hoping he will end up being the protector of his younger siblings etc. men thoughts lol. I was probably just crying cause of all these hormones and maybe also because we were already calling baby by the boy name we had chosen so it was all just an emotional thing 😵💫 Alhamdullilah Alhamdullilah alhamdullilah 🤲🏼✨
