- I heard that China has the best KFC in the world and that the Chinese people Love KFC, so I decided to try it out. I am still amazed to say the least.

9:41 Though I haven't been to as many countries as you do, I do agree that KFC in China has the best quality and taste. I think it's because of the competition, there are just so many good food, each restaurant has to be very creative for survival on Chinese street.
And one of the main reason is the raw materials in food are cheap in China too, like meat, veggies etc... cheap price fine food.

As a Chinese I have been to the USA and I think the food in the USA including KFC and McDonald even Chinese food are too strong flavour to Chinese so KFC and McDonald did modify their manual to be acceptable by the Chinese people.

Desserts are too sweet, sauces are too sweet or too salty, and fried chicken/steaks and other fried foods are too oily. It's not just the taste, excessive sugar, salt, and oil also don't meet the Chinese people's pursuit of health.

Each time I am in China ,l like go to see KFC because I want to see what is new in the menu. They always have some different that American menu
In other countries, the definition of delicious fried chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and juicy. However, KFC in China not only meets these criteria but also offers a delicious flavor that I couldn't find when I studied abroad and visited local KFC outlets. Foreign KFC outlets often have salty, greasy chicken, and sometimes the chicken even has a hint of fishy smell.
Fun fact: KFC China did pay a lot for an authentic Macao style Portuguese egg tart recipe.

the sauce in the chicken roll is call "甜面酱" means "sweet flour sauce", it's Beijing's local sauce. KFC China, used to have maxican chicken roll before, I like that one more thought.
You know what, Chinese KFC have special experimental items that only offered for a short period of time and never comes back.

actually the chicken sandwiches in KFC China has gotten smaller over the years. And the sandwich chicken thigh used to be huge. I remember visiting china as a kid and had the best KFC experience. Now days, I don't eat KFC too often, but those childhood memories still hits me sometimes.

recently, KFC has been celebrating the opening of 10,000th store in China, that's why they are using this trippy cool package for the chicken sandwich, it's a bouch lines surrounding the Chinese character 万 means 10,000.
and the sauce in the wrap is actually Peking duck sauce, in Chinese 甜面酱 sweet noddle sauce.
The coffee at KFC in China is surprisingly good.

I don't understand why KFC in North America are so boring, don't they want more customer? Don't they want to earn money? McDonald's are always lined up even in weekday in my nearby mall, but KFC is always empty, nobody wait nearby the counter for their food, also, Canada's KFC APP sucks.
KFC China bought that egg tart recipe from a old and famous Portugee egg tart bakery in Macau, they are the best egg tart I have ever had, no bakery store can even get close to.
btw the dragon twist is like Peking duck roll but with chicken tenders. The sauce, the cucumber, the green onion white, exactly what you have when you eat a Peking duck. Also, it's name in Chinese actually translate to old Beijing style chicken roll.

If you get the chance, please go to Guangzhou and check out the McDonald’s there. In some upscale McDonald’s restaurants, they even have a server in a pink suit walking around and helping people order.
