@@skylerewingphotography well you deserve it. I learn so much from you and love your videos. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge. Really hoping for my business to take off with your help in teaching us so much🤗
Hi Todd. Here a video I did on where to buy cheap props. In the description of the video is a list of a lot of the props I bought from Amazon. ua-cam.com/video/sgvT-8EshOA/v-deo.html
Hi Skyler, regarding my last comment of opined suggestions, since I am now retired and paint, my interest in your product photography stems from looking for tips on arranging still lifes, and photographing them for painting from. So it occurs to me, including word links to art sites might be of use. Of course product photography is different from still life photography but the underlying principles are similar in my opinion. Regards Joe
Hello. Thank you for all your videos they are VERY interesting !!!! Can you write the name of the supplier for the boxes ? Mat Props ? Matte Props ? I did not find. Thank you !
Many thanks for another great tutorial! I was just wondering, as not everyone likes the subscription based model of the Adobe software, do you think it would be possible to do the same edit using Luminar Neo?
@@skylerewingphotography Many thanks for the suggestion. I have now purchased 'Affinity Photo 2' which is currently on offer. It will take a while to learn, but looks great so far. The only thing is, it lacks tethering features. I was wondering, could you recommend any affordable alternative to capture one pro for this? Many thanks- Peter.
@@skylerewingphotography Smart move. :) In US we have a number of stores that have a variety of shapes like that at very good prices. I never have enough space to keep it all and after I get rid of it I find that I need it again. :)
Thank you so much!

Excellent video!
Glad you liked it!
Hi Skyler, could you elaborate why you did focus stacking rather than upping your F-stop?
I would also like to know this.
Nice composition and editing. What would you charge the client for this shot?
I cannot wait to get some props to try something like this.

Absolutely not. With Neo you can’t sample a color and fill a layer, the selection tools are not great , and that’s just a few things…
An affordable program with no subscription that is just as good as photoshop is Affinity Photo

👍👍whixh flashlight u prefer for sony?
for studio work I love the Godox 100. For on camera flash ( macro work with an excellent diffuser) I would use a Godox v1
Where are you from
It is very likely that your UK props are made in China.
:) could be. That’s why I started doing woodworking and making my own now:)
