Legendary. Absolutely love this series because of the accuracy, the representation of uniforms, vehicles, protocols and detective life where cases take more than just 1 episode to solve. In short, realism is what made this show for me
Realism, atmosphere and a very strong cast!
Hey is there other series like this????
In the same way that now Robert Downey Jr *IS* Iron Man, Titus Welliver will forever be Bosch. It's that lightning in a bottle-type thing, and we've been blessed to have it.
Just finished season 7. I'm going back to season 1 to do it all again. Amazing show!!
just came across Bosch by accident we are in lockdown here in New Zealand once again and a friend has the collection so have been watching until dawn as they say

I've just finished rewatching all seasons! Real quality TV drama
Watched while series 2nd time!
the M.E. on Bosch is Erine from "My 3 Sons"
We want more! We want more Bosch!
Yes! Thank you Michael Connelly for creating Harry Bosch and thank you Titus Welliver for bringing this character to the screen as he is in the books. Perfect!
most definatly i adore bosch, Titus is awesome, talented and gorgeous 💕! Ifeel like i know him loved the books, loved the series absolutely brilliant! ❣️
Gah, I should probably re-watch all of them starting from season 1. Amazing show.
harriska2 yep. My girlfriend and I binge watched the first five and then season six. Solid show.
Joe Wright I did the same,
I just did, before the 7th season came out, it's kinda sad...
Way too short!
I love season 1; it's absolute perfection. And then it goes downhill from there.
for me, the story about IA and chief's son is one of the best TV drama I have ever seen!
“You are my son, be patient”
I've watched the series at least 6 times in maybe a year
I'm not into crime dramas, but I grew up in Socal and remembered Titus well from Deadwood. Didn't even know this was a book. Amazing show, I binge watched all 7 seasons and took about a month. To me its up there with Breaking Bad. Amazing show. Perfect cast. Loved it.
Love love series, great team of actors. Thanks for keeping crate and barrel on Legacy
I have watched this show 3/4 times all the seasons 1 through 6. It is just perfection, the jazz, the house and the cool demeanor
I love this line of characters that never changed.... How odd Crate and barrel...they are too funny.... Jerry was an excellent partner....who evolved throughout the series..... Just loved this show....invested in the 📚
Your right if crate and barrel dont make u chuckle ypur dead lol
They had me at the drunk Santa with the barf all over his suit when Harry walks into the station. Yep this will be a good cop show.
It's a superb show with great actors, especially Titus
I’ve said from the beginning that this show is one of the most accurate portrayals of police work on TV. The characters exhibit idiosyncrasies that only real cops would recognize. They must have great technical advisors. Welliver does an excellent job here. I can’t imagine anyone else playing Bosch.
Tech advisors Tim Marcia and Mitzi Roberts and before he retired, Rick Jackson, all LAPD Homicide cops, and all of them have been on camera. Best cop show on TV.
Exactly, I was a cop for a short period, but the way detectives and other cops take jabs and talk shit to each other reminded me when I was at the job and esp when I had to go into the detective offices to bring or pick up a suspect or for other stuff and we use talk shit to each other or I would laugh at them making roasting among themselves 😆
@@terrellrogers7645 Absolutely, brother! Whether you were a cop for a short time or a 30 year vet like me, cops know an accurate representation of the job when they see it!
Coolest TV show ever! Thanks for sharing, Michael!
Woah, didn’t know the set was legit and the extras were real cops. Very cool!
just the pilot episode. They recreated it and his house after the pilot
Just saw Bosch in season 6. I was blown away. What writing, portrayal and production values. Need to go find the books and how to backtrack the other seasons now.
Bosch catches cancer due to exposure to Cesium radiation. Its the beginning of the end of Detective Bosch.
What a great series!
I can’t wait for the new show! I may just have to read all the books again.
read all the books and have been very pleased at the high quality of the prime series. the bad news, all good things must come to an end.
I’ve read the books for years and immediately jumped on the Bosh series on Amazon. I love putting the seasons match and depart from the books. Please continue the books and seasons-and Audible with narration byTitus! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾👋🏾
Bosch...one of my TOP favorites on Amazon Prime! ❤❤
So sad it's ended. 😪
Love this show
Damn good show
Love the show ty ..casting perfect ......
The first season had generic badges, I like that they changed to replicas that look authentic.
I never noticed the badges before!
The best TV show I have ever seen...for me that means it's better than Seinfeld. All the characters are tremendous and the writing/directing is just amazing.
i JUST FOUND THIS! I love bosch!
"Take me to the body. The morgue will be a breath of fresh air after this bullshit."
Haha! Barrel returns the Lakers tickets to Bosch.
“What’s the catch?!”
Great show, can’t wait until the spinoff/ sequel comes .
@@noB313 Did not know, thanks. Started watching it.
the M.E. on Bosch is the actor that played Erine on "My 3 Sons"
I was listening to Rush Limbaugh and he was talking about a show that he watches called Bosch. I'd never heard of it.
I pulled it up and watched 5 seasons in just a few days. Great show.
It is very binge-able.
I would have thought Limbaugh would have found this show way too liberal.
Fantastic series ❤
Real police office? No wonder it looked so real.
Great show! I hope it sticks around!
This was the Best Cop show ever
Série Fodaaa 🇧🇷
Love the show!!! Can't wait for next season. (BTW the Lakers almost NEVER play on Saturday night. I've had season tickets for over 20 years and really wish they had more Saturday games)
Crate and barrel need a spin off 😂
When is the next season of Bosch start? Don’t ever cancel my favorite show!
Amen and amen. Love Bosch, J Edgar, Maddy, Lt. Billets, on and on.. The already announced Season 7 is the last. I believe they could at least go to 8. My favorite tc series of all time. Reading the books now.
Amei cada episódio 🥰
Luv it
New Haven CT's very own Titus Welliver.
Stinking Brilliant
I swear I read that they built a set for the inside stuff. They definitely use the real Hollywood division for exterior shots
Used the real location for the pilot episode. Then built a duplicate of the interior to shoot the rest of the seasons.
@@boschtvprime - thanks! I work in the area and see them filming exterior stuff all the time
Didn't Dragnet or Adam 12 use some real LAPD locations? Jack Webb was actually issued an honorary badge by LAPD.
Like most cops I knew, I am a long time Wambaugh, then Connelly fans and read all their books. Titus was a perfect Bosch. I wished they used other color than a black Crown Vic, t was odd ball and I don't know LAPD or any police dept. had a black Crown Vic. I wouldn't call it a Slick Top either. LAPD Slick Top as a regular black/white without bubble gum (lights) on the roof which they still used for gang unit.
Release season 7
Bosch is the shit.
I read that Michael Connelly wrote an alternate to Season 1 Pilot. Any idea where the video could be located @MichaelConnelly? I checked his website, however I am having trouble locating the footage. Please advise, thanks. Regards, Mark Halsey, devoted follower from San Diego.
I've seen *a* different pilot, major difference was different actress playing Honey Chandler but it wasn't hugely different beyond that. Not sure if it's the one you mean but if it is you're not missing anything.
The only thing that puzzles me is why a D-III have a caseload and does not sit at the head of the unit? Also, DIIIs do not have partners.
I think it's because Titus is playing the older Harry from the later novels, but the screenplays are borrowing elements from the earlier novels where Jerry is his partner.
Teaser
✋✋✋
I'll stop watching the series if anything happens to Coltrane.
The whole adoption of Coltrane at the end of Season 5 was magnificent.
Agreed and aaagreed!
Bosch.
I noticed,Bosch doesnt wear seat belts and talking on mobile while drving. Is it allowed for detectives in LAPD?
I don't know about official policy but I have known many police officers over the years. They tend not to wear seat belts because they get in and out of the car so much. Cell phones are only one thing they must use - they also have the police radio and a computer screen to monitor.
Please make season 8,9,10
There will be a Spin-off
@@aissamfyodor5672 I do hope so.
Love the series....rewatching seasons 1 thru 6 before I watch season 7. This video here is pointless, however.
יש עונה שלישית?
tsafuie
Harry, trim your sideburns will ya?
I always thought that the late Anthony Bourdain would make a great Bosh.
Agree couldn't see him acting serious for that long though
What about Gordon Ramsey?
@@MrPolicekarim I just don't see Ramsey in the character
@@theopinion9452 what about in interrogation? IT'S RAW! LOL!
Cant wait for seazon 6- i think seazon 5was best of all- i wish there at least one married couple who dont cheat or divorce. So sick of all broken relationships in tv series and films
It’s actually true to life with cops. I worked with cops for many years and they all “swap.” Divorce each other and marry another cop, only to do divorce or cheat on one another. It’s a very accurate portrayal of the cop world.
Jennifer Gray is it? Ah, no way. In Poland we have marriages lasting life time- about 90%- even among people who are pure atheists 😀
@@jnlhawks I felt the reaction of 2 wives were not convincing, the chief's and Jerry's. They didnt show much of emotional trauma before the so called incidents and then suddenly showing that they r seperating. I felt v unconvincing.
joan Ark yes unfortunately. Our one sheriff and his wife and a few of his deputies were know to “swing.” When I worked in the sheriffs office I wanted no part of dating a cop or even much less think of marrying one.
joan Ark thats awesome in Poland though. People divorce or anything. My brother and his wife have been married since they were 18 years old and still going strong. 35 years together this year! 👍
