It unfolded alright ! How that helicopter didn't see that big ball of light in front of it is inexcusable and it's as simple as that ! It actually looks like the copper pilot aimed for the plane, ?
I believe when they confirmed visual with the Helo multiple times they were actually looking at the plane behind it, if you are in a Helo you cannot see above yourself at a steep angle, merely seconds before the collision they confirmed visual again, making me believe they were looking at a different plane.
I think they confirmed visual of the following plane which departed before and seen in footage. I think it was an error. Tower could have said one just departed one about to depart for clarity. Do you have visual of both. But need all factors to think why this occurred.
The plane was descending on a curved path from the helicopter's left. The helicopter's pilots were probably looking over the airport to their right. Together with the aircraft's blind spots and, potentially their use of night-vision goggles; it is plausible that they did not see the approaching planes lights.

That helicopter was erratic in is flight pattern. The plane was adhering to its pattern. The plane was in contact with the control tower, so who was the helicopter in contact with. The Army have radar and watch all planes to make sure none go in their jurisdiction. So was that helicopter legal?
No, it wasn't. At the last minute, its flight plan was changed from Runway 1 to Runway 33. The helicopter was on a training mission relating to the evacuation of government officials from Washington in an emergency.
Before the NTSB even comes close to finishing their report, Trump is already laying the blame on "DEI policies" in aviation being responsible for poor quality staff. The reality? The military helicopter was negligently flying in controlled airspace around the known and published approach plate for that runway. This is an issue of poor military training.
Practically impossible in fact. But for a rotary craft to collide with a fixed wing jet, that can only happen deliberately. The plane was following its correct approach to the runway. The helicopter (which flies much slower than a plane and has full 180 degree vision from the cockpit) would have to deliberately match the plane's trajectory in order for a collision to happen.

The Black Hawk was flying 200ft above its permitted height at that location, in addition to its alleged zig-zagging toward the aircraft. My belief therefore is that this event was intentional. The question is whether the helicopter was under automatic control, remote control or pilot control. Furthermore, the major American news channels initially reported that at least 4 people survived as they were filmed being pulled from the Potomac River. There is speculation based on probability of successful evacuation, that they were the occupants of the Black Hawk. The official line is now that there were no survivors. However, many Americans have recorded the initial news reports by default and this evidence in addition to the many recordings of the helicopter heading directly into the aircraft, warrants a major investigation.

Some of the trips have been quite 'hairy', flying at night and through all sorts of weather conditions. Fog was was the only element of weather, where they wouldn't fly. The pilots relied on their own eyesight to land on the platforms. I can't imagine how this collision could have happened. Isn't it an industry standard to turn left on an approaching aircraft? I know the passenger aircraft was on an approach so what is the procedure for that??
Be more than sure, that traffic control is not to blame. All the aviation rules applies to civil traffic ( in this case, civil traffic is the aircraft with the 64 passengers). The military men, shall have they own separation and the air traffic controller shall provide information about known traffic. So the rules are something like this: ATC: Military I have a civil aircraft. Military: Request visual separation (Meaning I will separate with my OWN responsibility from the other aircraft). ATC: Accept/Approved/Copied/Roger ( The only answer that it can be given is OK for this). It is widely known that Air Traffic Controllers, are understaffed (worldwide), long shifts and low payed (ratio wage/hours). If I was american I would blame President Reagan ( you should search about Patco strike, they demanded shorter shifts) and the latest President for letting this happen. My sincere apologies. Rest in Peace.
To be honest as soon as I heard there was a helicopter involved I immediately went to the helicopter being at fault. The weather wasn't great which might have factored in to an extent. But I suspect the fact that there was only one atc when there were meant to be two would have been highly significant. Hopefully, the assessors can do a proper job without interference from Trump, given all the uncalled for sackings/forced resignations so far. Ultimately, we won't have the definitive report for a year or so.
An airport where planes take off and land have priority over some military training operation. Do they purposefully train their staff near landing planes for practice? Why couldn't they have been flying closer to their own airport?
You'd think by now that all ATC systems would have radar screens with AI built in to automatically flash and sound a warning sound of close flying proximity objects on the same altitude level as each other.
I'm not a helicopter flyer but how did the helicopter pilot not see a large plane with lights heading towards the same direction a lot sooner. We're they flying backwards
That isnt the full audio the helicopter says that they can see the plane twice & is then given the control as they say they can see it. Then a 3rd time the tower asks & there is no response as the crash happens!!! Thats a very serious thing to leave out !?!?!?
I checked and footage again. I think helicopter was keeping downwind for the runway 01 and there was an aircraft taking off on Rwy 01. So helicopter pilot thinked that active runway is Rwy 01. As i understand from radio communications, they think inbound traffic south of the bridge would inbound for Rwy 01. But they were turning inbound position for Rwy 33. So Rwy 01 downwind intersects with Rwy 33 inbound. May be if they warned again that inbound traffic was continuing for Rwy 33, they could maintain their situational awareness.
They were told the aircraft was inbound at 1200 feet for 33 when it was over the bridge and the Helo confirmed visual on that, pretty hard to confuse that with another plane taking off in the other direction.
What are the elements in a fog? Does anyone cares to know? Days prior to these crashes NOAA site is filled with warnings with the erratic change in the wind pattern. 😢
I was thinking that too! I'm a fan of mentor pilot, was thinking of checking for his views on it, but realised they won't be up yet, as he IS an expert & as such won't comment until he knows the facts
Maybe I am wrong but from what I hear at no point was the jet made aware of the proximity of the helicopter on his path ... for the visual separation to be valid even if responsability of the helicopter I thought both pilots must be made aware of each other position ?!?! what are rules in US ?
The plane was banking toward the runway, pilot looking at the runway, co-pilot reading off altitudes off his/her instrumentation. They weren't looking to see if a chopper was on the opposite side of the bank and would have had no reason to. The chopper was likely looking at another plane, both focused on it while they flew right into the path of the plane. My theory is that the jet is 100% innocent, the chopper (and possibly ATC) are to blame. Totally avoidable, and totally predictable. Do you see the plane? What F*CKING plane. You know, the one in front of me. It's 2025 and we're not more specific than that? Read off the coordinates, be PRECISE in identifying the plane that should be sighted. NTSB will come out with recommendations that should have been already known. The only thing we will "learn" from this crash is how dumb human beings are and wait for tragedy to strike instead of preventing the obvious.
Its as plain as day to see the helicopter hit the plane, I wonder if President Trump will admit to being wrong, in accusing air traffic control employing people with intellectual disabilities ( I literally choked when he said this ), No he will skim over the truth and never admit he was wrong. Sincere condolences to the Family and friends of all the victims. 🙏
Well he wasn't wrong was he. President Trump was correctly pointing out that prioritising “diversity” over skills when it comes to air safety is one of the most diabolical nonsensical things ever. Most people are agreeing with that.
Who exactly would face jail time here? The pilot of the helicopter, who based on publically available ATC audio can be is most likely at fault? Or the ATC operators who did their job and gave the helicopter multiple notifications and warning of incoming traffic of his flight path? Because one is dead, and the other did their job without any obvious fault.
Praying for the the victims and their families in this tragedy. Please stop hating. Stop seeking the darkness in each other. Hatred breeds darkness. Love breeds Light. Seek the right side in the Light and you will find alot more peace in all your lives. There are no Republicans or Democrats in coffins. +++

Did anyone else notice how the layout of washington DC sort of looks like a pentagram?
I'm not a helicopter flyer but how did the helicopter pilot not see a large plane with lights heading towards the same direction a lot sooner. We're they flying backwards
That isnt the full audio the helicopter says that they can see the plane twice & is then given the control as they say they can see it. Then a 3rd time the tower asks & there is no response as the crash happens!!! Thats a very serious thing to leave out !?!?!?
you are incorrect 😂
Why did pilots not go into the space around the other flying one ?
Wow we got some real geniuses in the comments, bet they're all familiar with ATC and flying planes and helicopters, too.
Why was the helicopter hanging around there could it not of like backed out and let the CRJ land?
Found the black box right
Captain America will explain to you later 😊
Air Traffic Controllers Infrastructure Is Grossly Understaffed.
Congressional Budget Cuts Since Reagan Era.
Why would he admit he was wrong when it's on record?
A Woman was flying the helicopter
People as thick as you have doomed western and civilised culture.
Are you joking?! Trump would never admit he was wrong about anything.
Well he wasn't wrong was he. President Trump was correctly pointing out that prioritising “diversity” over skills when it comes to air safety is one of the most diabolical nonsensical things ever. Most people are agreeing with that.
Someone's going to face jail time for this
HA i bigly doubt that
Who exactly would face jail time here? The pilot of the helicopter, who based on publically available ATC audio can be is most likely at fault? Or the ATC operators who did their job and gave the helicopter multiple notifications and warning of incoming traffic of his flight path? Because one is dead, and the other did their job without any obvious fault.

So it landed in water from low an everyone still died 😮😤😢
@@PeTRoL-HEadx It was upside down when it "Landed"
@@PeTRoL-HEadxA literal black hawk helicopter flew into it
Smoke screen for something bigger. No way would any person give clearance for a military helicopter to hover around an airport runway.
America, a third world country with money!
senorsol yes with tax payers money same in uk
@eileenspamer-kw3kz Hardly, the UK is not nearly as f*cked as the US, and it has a national healthcare system!
Import the third world, become the third world, although they are addressing that recently.
The Blackhawk pilot was a DEI hire and former Biden staffer.
She could fly as well as Biden could govern.
RIP to the victims.
She died along with fellow pilot Chief Warrant Officer Andrew Eaves, 39 who was flying the helicopter at that moment. We should ban all white males from flying helicopters.
Cant you afford staff
What? They have hundreds of staff at their office, I've been there.
@Ty-dk2sj there's no way you've been there
@@DiffyWright I have, I did an internship at the london office. I don't know much about their American staff, they may be freelancers, but the london office was full of staff when I was there 2 years ago.
Somthing doesnt smell right about this
Rip
The helicopter piolet. I think he was kooking at the aircraft coming out of the airport and nit the one coming in.
I think 😢😢😢😢😢😢.
There was no helicopter pilot
Lockheed nartin were showing off their Autonomous Bkackhawks just a few m9nths ago
Identify the pilot. Then talk to the person responsible for deploying him/her/it
The list of passengers of the airliner could also be the key.
Terrible
We need to see the names of all the passengers on the plane and see what they done for a living and who they were.
Something fishy about this.
Biker’s fault
Absolutely unbelievable!
DEI kills !
Quite strange, I find the intensity of the explosion of the collision to be. It reminds me of the missile attacks in Ukraine.
Wow
They named 2 of the 3 military in the helicopter, but not the Female Pilot ..hmm
It was a transgender.
Looks like that helicopter was deliberately flown into the plane!
It is a strong possibility that it may be possible to imply instructions to collide from outside interference.
one of bidens staff flying the helicopter
a women crashed into a plane
Very suspicious 🤔
Letting a Female in control of a helicopter, what did they expect?
2 planes crash within the first month of 2025
No something feels weird
Airliner crashes are quite rare, with an average of roughly 1.5 per year, and collisions involving airliners are exceedingly rare, but small aircraft crashes such as the air ambulance we just saw happen in Philidelphia are much more common, with about 1,000 in the US in 2022 alone.
I heard epsteins brother was on the jet.
That looks almost intentional.
intentional
Trump at fault.
Oh come on.
100%. He is supposed to be our leader, so he should take responsibility. Instead, he blames EVERYONE else.
@@THEWADDMAN My grandmother died while Biden was in office, guess it was Bidens fault 🤷♀️
@@THEWADDMANI think they were being sarcastic.. . .
DEI at fault.
Helicopters can stop. Thats all I'm going to say.
