Last yr my Remothologyst prescribed me Saaz ds1gm with Tofacitinib 5mg bd & Cipcal 500mg od since when i started to take meds day by day Improment Now don't need to take painkillers even sos. I feel so much batter pain free life like a healthy Person. Thnks to my Doc. I didn't change the Remothologyst same yet. It's been 14 yers to take treatment.😊
Sir agar koi patients A.S ke early phase mein hain to uski cure to vo thick ho sakta hai kya. In future koi medicine aa sakti hain kya jo cure karde. Ager blood cancer cure ho sakti hai to A S bhi to ho hi sakta hain na 🙏

5 days back my rheumatologist suggested two tests one is QuantiFERON-TB Gold test another one is the mantoux test. The Mantoux test is negative and waiting for other test results. My Rheumatologist may recommend Tofacitinib if QuantiFERON-TB is Negative.

Methotrexate does not work for sacroilitis

Alcohol does not directly affect Tofacitinib. Do get your sugar & cholesterol levels checked though.

In rheumatoid arthritis can one take Salfasalazine with tofecitinib?
Yes. Both can be taken. Do keep consulting your rheumatologist.

Pl discuss with your rheumatologist. If your AS is well controlled you may not require Tofacitinib.

Hcqs is not useful in AS. Saaz & hcqs both are useful in RA
