My wife bought a 2025 Honda Pilot touring AWD 2 Fridays ago and we're having the following problems... fog lights turn on sometimes, remote start works sometimes (not even through the app), headlights turned off while driving at night last night. We're terrified about the headlight situation. Currently has 88 miles on odometer.
@fredrelay1052 They reset the computer and stated that we only get 2 remote starts after turning off vehicle. They checked all fuses, both fog lights, and head light connections with negative findings. The service manager also stated that our rubber remote cover may be causing remote issues which is a bunch of bull 💩. So far no issues and we now know not to remote start unless we truly need it. We did go ahead and update the reverse and rear turn signals to LED Bulbs. Huge difference and no side effects to vehicle.

When you use the rear window wiper washer function, it also washes the rear facing camera as well. 😊 As far as screen size, I think the 12.3" screen in the Accord would have been a better choice. The problem with many even larger screens is usability. Many screens use the same color on all the icons, and even worse, some you need to push an icon more than once for an everyday function. I find this very difficult and dangerously distracting. If the screen is not easy to read and intuitive, then you may unintentionally be testing the vehicles safely features no matter how large the screen is. Ultimately, I would take a smaller but still readable intuitive screen over a larger non-intutative multiple step everyday icon screen every time.

It just sucks that off road trims from any car maker lack a bench seat. Isn't it best to put 5 people in 2 rows and leave rest just for the cargo. Even top trims sometimes have only captain seats. It is madness for what is a family SUV.

Would it kill Honda to add hood struts on a 54K vehicle? The competition all has hydraulic hood struts. Also, LED tail, reverse, brake lights and a 12” monitor.
On the Elite make sure you turn off the back up sensors if you have a trailer hitch bike rack or trailer!!! My Elite beeped like crazy and braked itself!!! Also, Honda changed nothing from2024-2025 and jacked the price up!
We all know Honda’s are built. Almost picked up a used Accord. Hated the push button gear shift. Maybe it’s a safety thing, IDK. I’m picking up a Camry.
The only thing I don’t like about my 2025 Honda Pilot Elite is no windshield washer fluid level sensor! When you pay the highest price, you expect to have the functionality you’re used to.
Never had a sensor telling me the level of washer fluid. Now have vehicles in family that have light that's telling you it's low. I personally don't hardly ever let it get low. I check washer fluid more than all others. Just purchased 2 Gallons of Rain X De-icer fluid -30 today.
“Elite” price but not Elite interior. No height adjustment on front passenger seat, and no lumbar adjustment either! How does Honda think they can compete with Hyundai and Kia?! For the money, the Nissan Pathfinder Platinum is a better value and includes full power passenger seat including power lumbar adjustment, and a power adjust steering wheel!

I like the AWD TVD differential in the Pilot, one of the most capable systems out there. Also the NA V6 and 10-speed auto are a great pairing.

Try buying a house, where no features change, and they add $25,000 to it every 2 years

There is no individual tire pressure monitor system, just a notification tires losing pressure UNLESS you have to pay $2000+ for the Packages!
