Water Retention Test - Le Creuset Tagine vs Vermicular Musui

We test the water retention capabilities of our previous winner, the Le Creuset Tagine, against a newcomer to W2 Kitchen - the Vermicular Musui.
Like our previous test ( • Do Tajines Really Reta... ), we add the same volume of boiling water to both, allow them to boil for 10 minutes, and then measure the remaining water in each pot.
