〈卸下你的重擔〉歌詞選自聖經〈詩篇第55篇〉22節，由阿雷揚多．孔索拉希昂二世譜曲。經文中說到：「把你的重擔卸給耶和華，祂必扶持你；祂決不讓義人動搖。」這首歌的意思是，我們不僅可以將重擔卸給上帝，還指示我們將所有的擔憂交給祂。
