Great set-up, brings up options and little things that people don't always think about when building up their operation. Appreciate the comment about planning for the "older" farmer.
The washing bubbler looks like a half dairy milk tank. Having grown up with dairy farmers, it would be a perfect way to reuse those abandoned milk tanks, which are all stainless steel. Really cool set up!
Diego touched on something in this in one of his podcasts with one of his guests, running the numbers & focusing on efficiency on all farm sizes is vital for success. The guest said that his family farm, as successful as it was, should have been focusing on process that increased efficiency. Rolling an order on to a truck is a perfect example of being efficient.
That is a sinister wash and pack! Just picked up our first Maytag washing machine today. Can't wait to get hacking! Thanks for the great content brother! You are an inspiration!
Curtis jm's set up is amazing, in all areas. its similar to yours but on a much grander scale. is there any ideas you'll be taking and adding to your farm?
Looks like he has done some Lean (Toyota Production System) working in that room and the processes that they are doing through there. Interesting that the hose and sprayer don't have a hook. He looks like he's looking for a better way to set it up. He sounds exhausted though. Was that the farm doing it or he and Curtis having a late night?
I am curious about the square footage of the wash room and the cooler, respectively. Also, is the root crop washer (barrel washer) machine custom built or can one procure these off the shelf? It is cool that you can double your capacity. This is awesome.
How could he not? He has the funding to experiment and try new things. I would assume he probably puts in more hours then he would on an established, smaller scale farm, but that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy every moment of it.
I love JMF's book, but all this coverage of what is now a fairly large commercial operation isn't of much use to me. Somewhat interesting, but prefer your operation tbh.
I know; can you show us more? These videos are great. You two are up there with the farming greats in my book. Thank you for all the value you provide.
but at the same time he created a very sustainable lifestyle. he is dependent on just growing food people need to eat. im sure he still enjoys what he does
I love this guy (JM’s) laid back, chill attitude! Clearly, crushing it in your field brings this level of confidence and swagger! 👌🏽

I really liked the acrylic lids and zip tied bumpers on the edges of the greens spinner. That cleaning sprayer has some serious power!

A dream farm and setup.. 🤠

JM killing it. Such an efficient and clean station.
Mr. Stone doing videos with JM. Diego Footer doing videos at Green City Acres. I am having fun with this.
I'm so glad I saw this, its really going to help me as I expand.
another great video guys showing us Jean Martin Fortier's Epic Post Harvest Station and distribution area !! thanks for sharing
Great series of videos. Have learned a lot. Like your short punchy format.
Love the music vibes on your channel
Hi! Can you please tell us what sanitizer do they use to wash the greens in the bubbler?
Epic set up Jean, great going!
Efficiency is the name of the game.
That is an awesome farm. It appears to be incredibly streamlined.
would ultrasonic along with air bubbles be an effective upgrade to the bubbler?
Do you Not use a drying table after the spinner, for greens?
JM wearing skinny jeans is already a site to behold. And the washing station is a big plus of course.
What is the name of the bubbler?
The basin?
Trying to source one
Great Content man!!! This is one hell of a farm!

How does JM dry his greens after going through the spinners?
Good point. I'd sure like to see them bag greens.
JM, Curtis
Thank you for all that you do. I could see me having a ginger ale or two with you boys.😉. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

Reminds me when walt and jessie upscale their lab in breaking bad!!
Cool!

root washer made by willsie equipment: willsie.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_5&products_id=7
Thank you.
Did JM happen to discuss how much a harvest room like that cost him to setup in another of the videos in this series? Just curious :-)
Hi, not sure if anyone has already asked this, but where in the world can I find those blue high pressure spray guns? Thanks in advance!
We'll be selling them at paperpot.co pretty soon.
Could you tell me the name of them? I need to have my wash station complete by the end of January :S
is it a green farm and you recycle the water
Dope
Dead Cat in a Parking Lot great choice ;)
For ah second...... I thought you made hash..... Versatility is good.....
I don't think he enjoys it as much since it got so big...
You're wrong.

I like to show all kinds of stuff from every degree of scale.
Is he ok?
erinn kemp he’s wasted drunk
that fella always looks tired.....
500lbs/$20,000 = $40/Lb ? Well Done. What's the secret?
They do a lot more then greens. He's referring to overall production.

God bless him but I wouldn't want to do that much volume. After a certain volume, it's running you instead of vice versa.

He could always hire more workers if needed too.
