What a wonderful interview. Soel YoEun has a such a wonderful, loving, level-headed, realisic mother, too. She clearly doesn't force her daughter into doing anything. YoEun loves music and her mom does whatever she can to support her and make her daughter happy. My god, I'm actually crying tears of happiness right now. This wonderful, special girl might actually become a world class soloist one day, because she has the love for music, the discipline and the nurturing environment for. It's so very wonderful to watch her grow up. ❤

I really look forward and hope she applies to Curtis to further on refine her skills! I fell in love with her playing the tiny violin since her 2 years old video her mom posted! Can't wait to see more of her future performances!

Very good for yeoun to have friends that are curious and jealous. (That last part may sound weird, but I have another thing that I travel all over the country for. My schoolmates dont accept my talent and are often angry at me for missing school) sorry if that was unclear!

she is smart and a prodigy! She clearly loves what she’s doing and no one is forcing or stopping her! I feel like her level is already enough to get into Juilliard or curtis

Saw her when she was 5 and her dad was her biggest fan. Wonder why she does not mention him now?

All the right answers, aren't they? And so fluent, as if she really knew what to say. We know her. When you've been featured on 2set you can be known. The child like curiosity of those early steps has dwindled. This is the typical smileless music roboter behind which we can find - shall I do the pun ... the ... no we leave it there.

they're VERY popular instruments, and are instruments that children can play, even though they're so small. that also why you wont see a tuba child prodigy

Hannah Chang was another "prodigy" in cello and now she's a conductor. Koreans won most of the vocal competitions around the world. What did your countrymen achieve??? Were they even able to play piano and violin at a world-class level??
