Madara destroys Aizen with one glance. He didn't even resort to Izanami or Izanagi, which Aizen has literally no way of breaking free from, since the Hogyoku can only manifest Aizen's wishes. If Aizen doesn't know he's in an illusion, the Hogyoku can't break him out. Also, Aizen couldn't break out of the weak ass illusion he was put in in the series, he had to stay inside the illusion and just defeat the captain he was fighting to break free. Uchiha are born with illusion in their bloodline. They can see reality on top of any genjutsu they are put in. Izanami and Izanagi change reality.
