I appreciate this content that’s exactly the type of information I need to get my mind right when entering any type of industry. How to set the tone and stand on boundaries and work through problems to find solutions because you are right that’s a lot of water to be uncomfortable with a people that you gotta depend on in a sense. This was an eye opener for me I’m waiting for a position to be open with MSC so I can apply entry level. Definitely appreciate this 😌
