Well, Cloudy Water, according to the DHMIS Wiki, Roy is, indeed, the main villain, as all of the teachers in the videos are manifestations of a machine that he invented. If you notice at the end when Roy graps on Red Guy's shoulder, he looks like he's trying to stop him from interfering with his machine.

Cloudy Water I guess he's not much of a direct fighter. It should also be noted that he likes to be slow so as to be suspicious. If he were going faster or tried to fight Red Guy, he would probably break a few bones considering his old age.
