That Southfield freeway is always flooding I've seen it touching the bottom of those 14' over pass bridges at least 5 times over the last 20yrs and that's not counting the normal 4+ foot every year
This is a serious engineering problem the road looks like it’s built beneath waterline and the dam or whatever it is that used to stop the water from coming in collapsed 😠

Debris clogs drainage pipes. It would have flooded anyways with that amount of water but the fact that it just sat there after the water from above stopped means that the drainage pipes under the freeway were clogged up. It's a common problem but not to that extent.

What had American civil engineers done with the actions against floods of highways in municipal areas? They must be prosecuted and never let those civil engineers give new tasks. They make America 3rd world country.
