I love that trams are in CS2 without DLC. I don't have all of the DLCs for CS1, and I wish I could use trams
You should build a small but cool farming village with shops and homes by those farms.
There is a major glitch in the game with the taxes, i had the same thing happen. i randomly started making 10s of millions per month in taxes for industrial without changing anything. also depending on where you have the tax level set you can start losing tens of millions as well. its a new city as well with only a few thousand people so it doesnt make sense
For the orchard, in my opinion the roads aren’t necessary, it would be cool if you built a single family home (maybe EU type) and the orchard in the back of it, nice video though.
Gotta love that GREEN grass in WINTER, that you cant turn off without devtools.
If you want to back on the green line, which is the most used, you have to loop all the way back around instead of taking a tram in the opposite direction.

You could use rock quarry surfers as a suplement for paved cement from distance they look exactly same and it can be placed anywere also it'll generate some cash

You should try developer mode. It let's you place any building or prop down. It can rarely cause problems with your game save though.
Make sure to set up your shipping routes!

Looking forward to a Bixton Downtown Expansion and two airports (turn current to international and add a regional in a new town on the map)

Quincy Harbor is in a different county than bixton, but is in the same MSA.
They could be the same county and just different municipalities
Great City, But I think you forgot to create lines for your harbours.
I don't think you created any ship lines going to the harbors, so they're doing nothing
How was the variety of houses in cities skylines 1 without mods or dlc?
I think there were 3-5 unique types for each level and plot size
the use of that fertile land is horrible...
