    RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
    ►Idaho Potatoes - x3 Peeled and sliced 1/4 - 3/8 thick
    ►Medium Sized Onion - X1/2 Diced
    ►Fresh Parsly - X1 bunch chopped
    ►Salt - 1/2 tsp
    ►Fresh Cracked Pepper - 2 turns
    ►Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
    ►Cider Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
    👨‍🍳 Steps to Perfection:
    1. Boil the pots until tender
    2. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt pepper
    3. Place the onions and parsley in the bottom of a bowl and then pour the potatoes over them
    3. add the dressing toss gently and serve hot or cold
