from what i understand, they all connect, the bigger timeframes give the general market pattern/behavior, aka market trend, then look for the confluences in the details of the smaller timeframes,
1st you zoom out to the bigger picture, then you watch out for the confluences in the small picture, from what i can tell theyre added tools to aid your profits.

This AHA (finally understand) relates that's what a SNIPER ENTRY is.
Confused and about to go cray cray cuz' my brain is always how can you Sniper entry on a 15 min. Shouldn't it be a 1 minute or 1 sec entry candle? No it does not. Thanks.
I guess on a 1 minute probably called Micro Target Entry and a 1 Second called a nano target entry. LOL.

Gold reached 1785, it broke through 1670~ and 1710~. Now it's going down (lower lows, lower highs) to test 1710~ or it will break it and go down to 1670~.

Yeah he is holding more than a day, also his example at 8:30 makes no sense because the mov avg crossover in his sniper entry happens before the big green candle is formed.

if i am trading on 1 minute time frame can i still wait for a set up more than hours as long as it did not hit your stop loss ?
Don't trade in minute frames because the market swings a lot in that frames. You can just filter the swings by using higher time frame such as 1h or 4h.
so you leave a trade active for multiple hours ?
Trying to make sense of the example at 9:30, the moving avg crossover happens before the big bull candle. Is the moving avg crossover by itself enough to take the trade?

Thank you for the education. I am binge watching your training videos. I'm wondering what moving averages you are using? I'm a previous vid you used an 8EMA. You mentioned waiting for 3 confluences before taking a trade, so a few more examples of 3 combinations of technicals would pull this together. Putting your teachings all together in a video would help immensely. Technicals don't always line up or are easily spotted on a chart for us, so seeing random examples of your indicators would help. Thanks again

What trading chart do you use?
I'm confused about exactly what chart you're looking at. The aggregation period is 1 hr, but I'm not sure what time interval you're on, or if you're just zoomed in on one. Is it 1hr on 20 day chart, and maybe 1 day on a 1 yr, 4 hr on a......? What exactly is the time frame?

1. Could you explain how you set up Oanda? I'm new to trading and I have my account created but my setup looks a little different than yours. Every YT vid I found other than 2 not-so-helpful vids are very dated.
2. I can't find XAUUSD anywhere. On the left of my screen, there are lots of different currency pairs I can scroll through but XAU/USD isn't an option for me to choose from.
