Your take profit (4.5305) 137.5 USD was hit at around 1:00 AM May 1st. It went as low as 4.513 (so potential 573 USD profit, then it reversed and it would hit your SL at 5:00 AM 1st May.
I found some success in the 1 min chart. I tried the 5 min and took loss after loss. The 4 hour gives me anxiety. You're up over 20% one day and the next it's all gone. Plus I dream about it at night 😅. Still learning and hoping to be able to do this full time some day.
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. I dont blame you. I do 1,3,5,10 & 15 the most. I was a prettty decent swing trader with large caps but its true that trade is on your mind day, night, vacations always. Better to make or loose and be free for the day. Also Its my firm believe the further you are out from the present the hazier predcting the future. I believe its a lot easier to predict price action 5 minutes from now than 5 days from now.
Smaller time frame gives you a good dopamine boost, pumps you up, makes you feel like trader & also puts a lot of your attention on noise however longer frame trading makes you feel boring & there is a lot of patience required. Both are skills one has to master as per the requirements

Tori I respect your trend line strategy and I’ve implemented it into some of my setups & I’m sure you have your A+setups and I know you just started on the 5min time frame. And I noticed your trend lines and the bearish trend was the sole reason for jumping in this trade. Or did you do analysis before you recorded the video on things such as the higher time frames being bullish/bearish, I know that stuff means less on the 5 minute?and you had full confidence to jump in that trade. Who knows it may suit you better. Never know untill you try looking forward to following your journey!

Word of advice i got before is never trade on a news day. Sometimes i will invest a little before and a little after a news day in case stocks, crypto, etc. have tanked. Once a new trend begins then I'll trade again.

I think the market is being manupulated, I do well on demo but when I switch to live account, the loses start pouring in

Anyways , From last 1 month I have started learning about futures , I have learned the basics so far but not so sure what strategy I should use , my forex strategy works better on D1 and i wanna trade H4 on futures and I know you been recently trading H4 .
I will really appreciate if you can make a video on what strategy you been using on H4 , I know it could be a secret but even little highlight will work , i can backtest the rest and make a strategy out of it .

Thank you Tory! I am new to futures, but I love using trendlines. I hope to see more of your live trades. I also have been using the 5 min TF, and it is most comfortable for me. I enjoy swing trading but am not great at it yet. I am trying to learn. I prefer just overnight swings and out. Any suggestions?

Word of advice i got before is never trade on a news day. Sometimes i will invest a little before and a little after a news day in case stocks, crypto, etc. have tanked. Once a new trend begins then I'll trade again.
Not sure you can set a stop loss and tp like that on an apex account on trading view I know you can do it on paper trading?
