THANK YOU (all caps!) for finding the right articulation on judging Robbie's music with "Rock DJ" and :Candy" is like judging Taylor Swift with "Shake it Off." It was a struggle to respond to non-fans (mostly US Americans) who said his music was crap… though Robbie has three (!) decades of music, with lots of experimentation with sound and style. This movie isn't showing yet in my neck of the woods yet, but I can't wait to see it.
I'd probably heard Let Me Entertain You played at some point before, but Millennium was when I became aware of Robbie Williams. Then that was quickly followed by No Regrets and Strong, and I was hooked. From I've been Expecting You, I went back and got Life thru a Lens, and while I kinda fell away from music in recent years I've stayed a fan. My brother got me his XXV anniversary album from 2022 for Christmas, which was brilliant, and then we went and saw Better Man just after New Year's. Such an emotional roller coaster ride. I loved it, and I'm happy to be reminded of why I love Robbie as an artist.
He was big when I was in my 20s and he was my go to jam on Karaoke nights, sad the movie bombed in theater, but this will be watched a lot when it's released on streaming.
Better man is a fantastic song. My Fave songs: Love calling earth Sexed up Knutsford city limits Man machine These dreams Jesus in a camper van She's the one Feel God damn, there are so many more. But I love that you know this.

Great video. 👍 I liked this movie so much more than I thought I would, it was fantastic. ❤ I agree about his mother and grandma though, as they were actually there for him/genuinely cared about him and, while I really love the actor who played his Dad and he did an amazing job, Pete was a complete douchebag who in no way deserved the big reunion/performance moment.

No one has to pay anyone to praise this film because it's spectacular! The only ones spreading hate haven't even seen it. Their loss.
Right?! It's crazy that people think that's happening.

I went in with Sky high expectations due to word of mouth and was still blown away. It’s my favorite movie in years.
Thank you for his review. I've also been a Rob and Take That fan since the 90's. Great to see some positivity for Better Man!

It’s great film and I love Robbie Williams but sadly the USA don’t care who he is
@@Jackflip1996 I care! I can be the one lol
Why isn't USA curious about Robbie? Why the reluctance?
