Holi is celebrated all over India. Many people prepare jelebi, puran poli, etc. But the common sweet and farsan that is enjoyed by everyone is Jelebi & Fafda.
People have started purchasing these food items from shops. And you will find long queues to get these food items. I have shared easy recipes of Jelebi & Fafda in this video. You can try these recipes in your homes this year and enjoy.

Ingredients for Jelebi :
Maida 100 gms
Corn flour 30 gms
Curds 50 gms
Warm Water 1/2 cup
Hot oil 1 tblsp.
Food colour little
Pure ghee for frying
For syrup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Kesar strands a few
Cardamom pwd ½ tsp.
Pista for garnishing
Ingredients for Fafda :
Gram flour 1 cup
Papadkhar 1 tsp
Ova 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp.
