You can make a burp tank and stick it under the seat, just some tubing over the overflow valve and into a gatorade bottle under the seat will fix any boil over.

I used a restaurant style ketchup bottle and ran a tube into the cap with the bottle upside down, it works great for not losing coolant . I just a zip tied it to the radiator guard

That’s what I did except I put some tubing from the radiator, covered in loom and ran it directly down under the radiator into a orange monster can with a sealed container inside of it used a can opener to make the top wide enough for my makeshift reservoir to fit in

HELP!!! how did you mounted that cooling fan kit with tbe ims tank????

The trail tech fan seemed to fit pretty well. What fan kit are you using?

@@askmehowiknow3571 trailtech kit, same as video, not sureof tank, mine is ims 3.2 gallons, same bike!! Thanks for the reply!!

@@carlosnegron4997 I’d have to rewatch the video to see if I showed where it was mounted but it’s in the bottom right corner of the right rad. Is that where you are mounting it?

@@carlosnegron4997 Carlos, I’m gonna post another video right now that shows the fan in a little bit better relation to the gas tank. It should be ready to go in about five or 10 minutes on UA-cam

Come to think of it, I have a Clarke tank not the IMS. Not sure if that matters or not. I posted a close up video on this channel of the fan in relation to the tank.
