Hearing about the freedom of exercising shirtless is pretty inspirational to me as I sit here in stiff discomfort 1 week post top surgery! I cannot wait to be able to work our without binding and feeling more at peace with my body, as much work as it still needs!
Hooray! Good to hear. Showing up and changes continue. That is some of the good news about this transition stuff. Put in the work and things happen. I understand the forarm thing. I'm still a skinny fella but I see the thickening up and it makes me happy. The back and forth in my mind - looking for things of the old me and looking at the changes in the new me - makes me anxious still and hope that simmers down. The part about working out and getting in your body is inspiring. I've been having a hard time working out or getting to the gym even though I know for sure that body mind connection would kick in and help more than anything. Looking good, Stine. I understand the part about going in for your T and the feelings around that and how it changes. Yep.
Forarm gainz!! That is wonderful you feel comfortable taking your shirt off (i was thinking of doing that at the gym, in which i would probably get kicked out or something.) benefits of home movement practice. Thanks for sharing your journey all these months!
