I dont know bro i dont think its way too broken because it's not giving so many offenses as the gold one, and in a character that isnt so tanky i think that 30% to both defenses and 15 to hp does actually matter something but they don't contribute to the main use of the character, that is doing crazy damage. I know that the equip gives also 25% to both offenses but it is not so hight as an offensive percentage so i dont know how good it is
