Hi Rob - there is another option (not used by many) there is a Bus service that drops/picks up directly in front of the hotel , about an hour transfer and slightly cheaper than a train (decent spanish might be needed to discuss with the Driver) The new reception and bar look great
Excellent helpful video, thank you. I visited the hotel for the first time in 1991. We're going on holiday there again soon. It's changed beyond recognition.
They have certainly put a lot of work in over the last decade or so. Every year there has been something that has been upgraded over the winter. Hope you enjoy your return to the hotel.

Thanks for this video, we were thinking of going here in May '25 or the group's other hotel in Tos-sa (put the hyphen in case Google didn't like that word), the price is quite keen over the competing hotels and they have some good reviews! We're thinking of Half Board to leave us open to explore around a bit and go to local bars for lunch etc, is there much around in Pineda for places to eat etc? Also, is there still organised trips with tour operators these days? We haven't been on a 'package' type holiday in 15 years and would like to go to Montserrat and Barcelona etc! Many thanks
Hi Bob, received your comment loud and clear! Both the Taurus Park and the Bahia de Tossa are superb hotels with staff who can’t do enough for you. We have been to the Taurus Park many times and whilst I love the hotel, I don’t think there is a big enough selection of local restaurants to do anything but full board. The tour operators still do trips, certainly to Barcelona and maybe Montserrat (never been there but it is on the list when we next stay in Barcelona). The Bahia de Tosss is a slightly more laid back hotel - there is also a video on my channel.

@@robonholidayblog hey, dont take this personally, i did feel a bit hesitant while writing this but i feel you should try using chilled out / soft sounding music for your next video because its kind of startling and loud when it starts if you get what i mean, I do like your videos, the editing is perfect and the way you layer everything is nice.
@@MaragiMusic Thanks. Yes, it's always a difficult choice with the music. We're just using free stuff and there isn't too much chilled out. But we'll have a look at the options and see if we can find something more tranquil.

Hi. For snacks on all inclusive, you can get a few different ice creams and some meals like burgers from the snack bar. However, most items are not included, such as crisps (we bought those Pringles).

No you have to rent it out if you want to use it. But you can only do this early in the morning or later in the afternoon as the animation team use it for football, tennis etc during the day. Of course you can join in with the animation team sports activities for free.
A small selection of pre-mixed cocktails are available on standard all inclusive (tequila sunrise, piña colada etc.). Other cocktails come at an additional cost. Hope this helps.

Die Zimmer sind leider schmutzig, Bettwäsche ist eine Katastrophe, sehr unangenehm auf der zu schlafen, auch nach Wechsel schmutzig. Mein Zimmer wurde im Bettbereich permanent nach Schweiss gestunken. Die Deko-Bettkissen und Wohndecke waren auch nicht frisch. Reinigungskraft ist generell unfreundlich. Ich empfehle diese Hotel NICHT! Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel ist leider nicht der Hauptpunkt, sehr schade.
I respectfully disagree. The cleaning at this hotel is one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. The place is spotless. I don’t agree with your comment about the staff being unfriendly either.

I believe you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange to have a mobility scooter ready and fully charged when you arrive.
