Just got home to Valencia after 6 days in Son Matias. Absolutely lovely place. Really enjoyed the food. The Vietnamese, Saigon Baguette was excellent as was Meson Palmanova next door. Best meal we had was in Magaluf at the Meson Espanol. Family run and great spanish food. Really nice people. We must of just missed you Alex 😁

Great timing on the beach wear warning. I'm coming over to Palmanova tomorrow and appreciate your recommendations. Went to Blackbeards on last visit. Might try Olive Tree this time. Looks great. Keep up the good work.

I last ate at the Olive Tree in April and I see that the Tapas menu has changed slightly as different items come into season, as it should, in a ‘farm to table’ restaurant. 😋

We had slightly different tapas in a restaurant in Sant Elm. Rolled bacon with figs. Beetroot and sheep's cheese. etc
Expensive for starters must say not cheap look round all restaurants are nice x❤️
Too expensive for us...especially for a lunch..we found that to be our wail in so many places this year..this certainly looks a lovely place,food exceptional...will just have to go better prepared next time
We have stayed in Cala Dor and Porta Cristo, they were ok. We prefer a nice promenade where we can explore and people watch. I like a bar with chill out music good food and vibes. Any suggestions for the best resort to deliver this! A sunset view would be a bonus
Sant Elm in the south west has lovely sunsets and is a small resort. Puerto Pollensa has a small sunset on the far end of the line walk - I filmed there last summer ! Palmanova too with a sunset from the jetty on son matias beach !

Do you have to book a table or can we just go in?
I would recommend booking for the evening or at weekends definitley...
