I love how all the boomers reminisce about how many people they could in fit in the trunk for the drive in. ...and then wondered why all the drive ins closed 🤷♀️
The total # of specific-optioned SS 427 cars (Z24) was 2,124, but that included both manual & auto-trans. vehicles (hdtps. & convertibles). This video is misleading in that fact. 4,337 L36 (427-390hp) were installed in ALL big Chevy's, which included Impala SS's that were not specifically Z24 cars. This Z24 is missing it's wheel-well moldings, & a tachometer was optional, not std.
M21L35 glad to know someone else noticed that. the grill is supposed to be painted black between the grill lines. I have one all original 2 owner convertible.
… oops, pitch mouth Sam, radials are not smoother and quieter then ply tires …. just the opposite. Oh what about the original wheel rim engineering configuration not designed for use with radials … hmm ? - INFOCOMMERCALS are indeed often wrong.
In Mafia terms "You got a 4 body trunk in dat ting".
and they call these big cars heavy only #3616 ....my Sn95 convertible is a Clydesdale compared to this bowtie Blvd beast!
👍🇺🇸
Well Gee. Thanks for spending zero time on the Torino Talladegas. Very nice
