For Verkadalai Urundai
Verkadalai - 1cup(roasted)
Jaggery - 1/2cup
Cardamom
Lemon juice - 1/4tsp
For Karthigai Vadai
Urad dhal - 1cup
Moong dhal - 1/4cup
Red chilly - 2nos.
Green chilly - 1no.
Ginger - 1/4inch
Hing - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
