Hi friend, those headlights are plug and play, no need any special wires or connection. You not working Front left maybe you have to ask your supplier because I think that headlights came with problems from factory or maybe the car like has a problem. I suggest to test with original headlights in the same wire

داخلية w223 لحاله في علي اكسبرس 47 الف ريال يعني ممكن مجمل الشغل كلف من 60 الف الى 80 الف ريال على حسب الكتات اذا كانت اصلية يعني مره حلو تركب مرسيدس موديل 2023 بأقل التكليف انا بنسبة لي افضل w221 بشكلها الخارجي اما الدخلية ممكن اغيرها
