It does not matter if someone gets caught jogging as long as they are enjoying the beautiful game again at a time in life when most people have lost interest or have given up sport because they have been programmed to stop at a certain age. My life changed when I walked back onto the field of dreams and it does not bother me if you jog as long as you enjoy yourself., & don't foul me. Walking football is as I recall a Non contact sport & yes, any running must be seen as a foul not a terrible sin or to be frowned upon. Just go & enjoy yourself while you still can & stop moaning about people jogging when you should be applauding them for making the effort to join in the fun. If someone jogs/runs and scores a goal, just applaud them and then disallow the goal. SIMPLE.....
Just listening to these men makes me smile. They love it, and are excited to play, even if they can't move like they used to. All they want to do is enjoy the game and be active.
Great social activity, football for all ages can only be beneficial to our overall health. I enjoy playing every week at Soccer Kings on a Friday and at Haltemprice every Wednesday afternoon. It has assisted me to recover from Heart Surgery. Recently went with local team Cottingham Rangers to play at St Georges Park National Park, memories that will last a lifetime ! I play regulary twice a week at Soccer Kings in Hull and this has further improved my fitness levels.

From the video, it`s not walking, too many run. There wasn`t a ref`s intervention.
Big mistake to say walking not running is the only rule difference. Lots of others. It's a DIFFERENT game.
