That ground design looks to me like a mirror image of the east stand is in the owners/architects minds. Get the east stand done, fill it, grow the clubs international fan base then expand the west stand! Our owners are incredibly astute.
Would be very hard due to the east and west stand having a different architecture. Wouldnt be a mirror image

I’ve read somewhere. The long term vision is to have a 55k stadium. And they just want to make sure they grow organically and don’t jump the gun. Future looks bright !
It will be in the future but we are gradually building and carefully creating a lasting platform to springboard to greater things.

The river is on the other side, would be difficult. You just know the city and council would make a big deal about waterway pollution, which make construction almost impossible.
