Love the vids! Tons of info for those of us who are itching to get down to the greater Wilmington area. Have you ever done a review on Bolivia, NC? Any thoughts on that neck of the woods?
Hi John! Thank you for the comment! I haven't done one on that area yet. Its a much quieter area, but still tons of access to the water and some beautiful homes as well. I will get out to Brunswick county soon 😀
Hi John, thank your for your videos. I'm actively searching in the area of Bolivia, NC and would love to hear the pros and cons regarding Living in this area. Also, interested in having access to some quality Hospitals that stay open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Also, liking the Ocean Isle Beach area. I'm a family of 2 seeking an upscale neighborhood that offers a safe community. If I'm 20-30 minutes from the nearest ocean/beaches, I'm okay with that. I'm originally from the NY area. Brooklyn, NY (Park Slope area) currently living in the state of New Jersey. If you can elaborate about what towns have better/cheaper taxes would be of great help! Look forward to watching more of your videos. I hope to be living down in NC by the Spring of 2024 or sooner if a good deal comes along. Debbie 9/4/23
