That isnt true. Taiwan used to be but they've been wanting independence and as far as I'm concerned they already have it. Its just China that doesn't wanna let go of it. Taiwan is non-Chinese, end of story.

Well, what you said is wrong. Taiwan is one part of China. You cannot say that people from Taiwan are non-chinese.
