A hand pay is when you go over the amount that the IRS says has to have a tax form filled out by the casino on your social security number and also requires them to pay you out the amount of the win usually in cash, though it is also possible to get a casino credit or check for the amount. I wasn't too sure I'd like this new Wonka game -- I've seen so many of all the previous games and I was getting tired of the theme. But it got better, and it gave you a big win, and I think it deserves another chance. Good luck to everybody playing it. I wonder why they didn't wait till G2E next month to show it.
