During Operation Burning Crusade, the Russian forces attempted to launch an offensive against the Chinas positions. After an artillery strike, the opposing forces regarded the ceasefire as broken and pushed with airborne forces through the frontline. Therefore, the fireteams of the TITAN Platoon had to withdraw to the base under Aircover.
The day before yesterday the Russian forces at the "sugar factory" were bombarded with chemical warfare agents!
In order to avoid an "arms race" on the Spratly Islands, the TITAN Platoon should kill the chemical warfare agents, as well as the associated ammunition store and the mortars. SOCOM believes in the mortar creation valuable Intel on the further action of the Chinese forces on Tanoa and the Spratly Islands.

Während der Operation Burning Crusade versuchten die russischen Streitkräfte eine Offensive gegen die chineschen Stellungen vorzunehmen. Nach einem Artillerieschlag sahen die Gegenkräfte die Waffenruhe als gebrochen an und stießen mit Luftlandekräften durch die Frontline. Deshalb mußten sich die Fireteams des TITAN Platoons unter Aircover zum Stützpunkt zurückziehen.
Vorgestern wurden die russischen Streitkräfte an der "Zuckerfabrik" mit chemischen Kampfstoffen beschossen!
Um ein "Wettrüsten" auf den Spratly Inseln zu vermeiden soll das TITAN Platoon die chemischen Kampfstoffe unschädlich machen, ebenso das dazu gehörige Munitionslager und die Mörser. SOCOM vermutet bei der Mörserstellung wertvolle Intel über das weitere Vorgehen der chinesischen Kräfte auf Tanoa und den Spratly Inseln.
