The 1200 sf carriage house build - Final Walkthrough

The Modern Carriage House is a 2 or more car garage with a full apartment above the garage area. This project in particular included a full bathroom, half kitchen, space for a washer and dryer, space for a queen size bed and additional living space for entertaining. This is the air b and b dream.
