It is probably something about a Divine Attack. We dont know shit about the lore, we dont understand Japanese eighter and the song came out the other day.
This song has been echoing in my head for the past five days.
Especially the solo part. But I think the song is too overprocess, we need raw guitar sound, maybe at the concert.

As far as lore goes, we don't really know much.
It was stated that with this concept album we would experience the "untold story of BABYMETAL". Apparently this occurs inside the METALVERSE, which I guess it's an alternate universe within their world that we already know about.
If BABYMETAL was travelling across the stars in Metal Galaxy, now they have entered a whole different universe.
The visualizer has video footage of the pictures that were released along side the 9?(correct me if I'm wrong) tracks of the album.
I think the visualizer represents all the tracks of the new album with a glitchy aesthetic, which is their whole thing in this era; heavily inspired by technology, possible futures and uncertain reality.
This idea would make sense specially if Divine Attack was the introductory song of the album, and that's highly likely.
Forgot to mention that Su-Metal and MoaMetal are now refered as goddesses. This was very prominent in their latest concerts and even in the video where they announced their hiatus IIRC. Maybe Divine Attack is about them launching an attack in this new universe? I'm just playing with ideas at this point lol

Man, i really thank you for sharing and listening this song, i left a comment not sure if YT gonna delete like usually in your channel, but what i was saying over this song is there's a crazy theory among fans linking this lyrics with Attack On Titan (Shingeki No Kyojin) anime series, now i know you didn't finished the 2nd season so is very early to give the reason why, so far I can only tell you that not only the lyrics but also the imagery with the horses triggered that theory, originally this song belongs to the "Cavalry" snippets set they were releasing in their exclusive platform called "The Other One", which is the same name they later revealed as the new album. And so far we don't know yet the meaning of this song, the only thing we know is each one of these 10 songs on this new concept album will be a world inside of this "metalverse" they created.
So we have to wait until everything is released next year, meanwhile we got these crazy speculations, their 5 (now 4) singles coming before album release next year, a live performance launching this new era, and a live tour along with Sabaton as a special guests during their Europe Tour, yes you're guess it right, you got the chance to see them once again around your city, so better get some Sabaton's ticket asap.😉🤘

BM is back! This is their 1st single out of five until album release next year and is totally a banger and my jam, plus SuMetal got the lyrics credits on this, everyone is proud and happy she reached one of her dreams. She rocks!❤️
"Divine Attack - Shingeki" got some drum&bass combined with the heavy riffs of metal sound and belongs to the Cavalry snippets set they were releasing on The Other One digital gallery, also "The Other One" is the name of their next concept album. Love the "Pendulum" vibes in that DnB section, but also got some reminiscence to Kingslayer, their latest collab with BMTH. Btw I think, and this is a common guess among fans, the lyrics got kinda a tribute or some inspiration from Attack On Titan (Shingeki No Kyojin) anime series, the more i hear the lyrics the more i'm convinced, but we all know this is part of a concept album with apparently different worlds on each one of their songs and everything, including the story, will be revealed at their own time. So far we can say that this song carry the spirit of Road Of Resistance and some others songs with uplifting lyrics but is a battlecry, a call to arms and fight for your future.

I'm so bad at firsts listens to new music. Some songs catch my attention but I usually need a second or third listen to really appreciate them. But that didn't happened with "Divine Attach" which got me from the very first moment I listened to it. It's been a few days now and my feelings about the song are the same or even stronger.
Because I love this song. It's really high on my favorites list but I cannot picture out its real position until I listen to the whole album which is a conceptual album.
Furthermore, knowing that Su-metal has credits for the lyrics is a huge plus. Because that's big. In her own words "a dream" and "a final goal in life". I'm so happy for her and so proud.

Babymetal is getting really good at that. And this time Su has shared writing credits. She said she wanted to be a singer song writer. And now she is. Weeee. New BABYMETAL. I thought for real they were going to quit after 10 years. But I had a suspicion when Sabaton announced their upcoming tour with among others, BABYMETAL as support..
I saw BM in Oslo, Norway just 2 or 3 weeks before the world closed down in 2020. It was a blast. I'm definitly going to buy tickets for the Sabaton Show in Oslo. Maybe I get 2 brilliant bands in one night?

However, Sabaton's advertising says that their support act is another band, Lordi, and that Babymetal are "Special guests" so I'm not sure if they will be performing a show, or just a few songs, or just appearing with Sabaton on stage. What I am really waiting for is for Band-Maid to tour the UK. And Nemophila. And Lovebites. And Asterism. And Ningen Isu. What we need in the UK is a Japanese bands festival!

This goes beyond amazing !! The transformation and maturity of Su, as well as Moa has my mind reeling in ecstasy . But, look....the new album is 5 months away. This awesome track is just a teaser and will probably be improved on by album release. I think other tracks coming will even be better. there should be more to come for us prior to album release. the 3 year wait is definitely worth it !!. The anticipation will gnaw at me until March 23.

We don't really know.
Some concepts have been introduced recently like the Metalverse and The Other One as some kind of hidden tablets that have been decoded. Angels usually represent the three girls at some point, so it's probably representing them.
The Other One is a concept album and is probably be telling a story, this one being the first, we have not many clues yet. I don't expect it to have an easy explanation when all the album is out, but we will have more clues.

I ordered the black and white vinyl minutes after the shop opened. I know that some fans will buy multiple packages at insane cost, but I have discipline and a budget. Obviously that comes with digital downloads as they come out - the next one due in November.

I also booked their Leeds gig supporting Sabaton in March. Tickets are fast selling out due to an American The One invasion of Europe. Leeds will be their first Europesn performance in three years andfollows just two performances with the new material in Japan, so I am expecting the Kami Babd ti support.
DIvine Attack concerns Cavalry- the first of the Metalverse's parallel Worlds that are represented on the concept album. Beyond that only the Fox God knows. OO
For me I think it is sort of a welcoming for the other one being the soon to be announced new third member on Fox Day April 1st.
What I like about this song is that its a bit dark sounding BUT still uplifting. It makes me think of a scene in a movie or anime where the character is down both emotionally and physically, to the point of near death, but something special or miraculous happens to them (maybe they hear their loved one's voice) so they get up and start charging full speed at their evil enemy with their weapons drawn or their superpower fully charged ready to fight again.🤘🦊🤘

BABYMETAL is touring with Sabaton in April and May of 2023 in Europe. I'm pretty sure they will have like 4 concerts in the UK so it is a wonderful chance for you to see them live if you are interested. I already got my ticket to see them in Helsinki Finland during that same tour🦊

What we're hearing in this song is the beginning of a new era of Babymetal, with the girls having settled comfortably into their adult voices you have to wonder if the Kawaii aspect of their music is going to be phased out. And now With Su-metal writing lyrics the band is going to explore other corners of the Metal-verse, so it's going to be a fun and exciting musical ride. They'll be releasing a new song every month except Dec until the album drops in March. The live shows in Japan at the end of January are sure to be a spectacle 🦊🤘

Yep!! Rondo of Nightmare is also a great song. Su-Metal was 16 when she performed that. Even then was so far above your average Joe. Mischiefs Of Metal Gods at Budokan I think may have been the show.

Yea this might even top Rondo Of nightmare which is rarely performed. As that is such a demanding song both vocally & for the band. Su-Metal can do that probably in her sleep now. However Devine Attack is going to get be amazing live here. 🙀💕

I don't get much lore connection with the visualizer content, except the bits with Su- and Moa is obviously connected with the new The Other One (TOO) lore. When I first saw the angel statue images I could only think Weeping Angels (Dr. Who), and I haven't really been following that show for some time so never actually saw those episodes.
The song is very good. The breakdown was a little weak during its first half and I just don't care much for the tone of the synth(?) in the second half of it. Understand, I am picking nits. As for the bridge, I felt something missing and I am *not* thinking a guitar solo. However, I do hear a building back up in the bridge overall which maybe makes the last chorus hit a bit harder. I am wondering if maybe the song works even better in the context of its placement on the album.
The chorus is great. So many good things starting with the cut and then bit of lead guitar twiddle the first two times around. Su- putting "the" on the eighth (edit: maybe a full beat) ahead of the downbeat with that big note "Time" is so good. I really like the choice of English vs Japanese on the different lines of the chorus against its melody. To be sure, I do love to listen to Su-metal sing in Japanese, so I hope that remains her focus.

You're bang on about how much Su's voice has matured and become more refined. It also helps that they haven't processed the hell out of her voice like they tended to do in the past. Su's voice is so great that putting effects on it just diminishes how good she sounds, which is why live performances are always better. I can't wait to hear how this song sounds when they perform it live in January.

I got some reactions ideas, so your doing a lot of anime I was thinking about what are some "darker anime". which admittedly is hard due to japan doesn't have a lot of dark anime due to its not always as popular compared to light hearted. but here are a few some are older but oh man they are messed up. Elfin Lied, future diary, berserk and hellsing ultimate are dark anime. Other video ideas are maybe some league of legends songs like Rise, burn it all down and phoenix would be some good ones.😁

Since you like Survive said the Prophet, please react to 'banana fish' openings and endings. 4 videos in total, two of which are made by this amazing band (the other 2 are also absolute heartbreaking bangers). The name Banana Fish seems like a silly one for an anime, but it's about realistic dark themes like human trafficking, rape, gangster culture (US gangs), drugs, the mafia, AKA the whole dark side of a cosmopolitan city that we dont usually see.

There was a pretty interesting interview with Korn's production manager which recently surfaced. Talking about their meeting Babymetal & how that came about. Giving a rare behind the scenes look of how some of these artist interactions took place.
It's required viewing and also brought up the question of a possible Korn & Babymetal tour? It's not out of the question as Babymetal will already be joining Sabaton on his Europpen Tour in April.

I have a big request regarding Chainsaw Man. The show will have 12 Endings (will be one for each episode) by the end and currently there are 3 out. I recommend doing a video every 3 endings (3 episodes are out so far). This way you can rack up views with the hype and also we get to see your state of confusion.

Su’s voice has matured to full power, yes. Everyone has noticed it. Many still see Su is that 12-year old phenom from years ago. She’s a full-blown adult now. It shows. She’s writing her own songs. I really want to see if Moa has written a ding for herself too. They are the Ladies of the Metal Universe.

I can't say much about what the song is saying, but we know two things; first, Su-Metal is credited on the lyrics, which is a first; second, this is the first single of a concept album that they'll be releasing next year, so it's very likely telling part of a story.

Their new album (The Other One) is coming in March of 2023 and their first live concert with be in January 2023. I don't think this will be the first track on the album. This is a rallying call to galvanize a fightback against some form of tyranny, so I think there has to be some story setting tracks before this one. As a concept album they will be wanting to create a story so there will need to be some sort of attack or suppression on them and their people. So, I am thinking this will be track two or three on the album. Just my guess.
I also wonder if Babymetal is reframing their story a little to focus onto them as the "divine" ones. I have watched this visualizer several times and nowhere do I see any reference to The Fox God. Not one misty kitsune image, fox head or any hand signs from the girls. This seems more than unusual as their "Fox Sign" has always been front and center of everything they do. I could be wrong, but it will be interesting to see what the next video brings.
Lyrically, I take this song to be like a sequal to "Road of Resistance". Find the lyric video with English sub and you will see what I mean.

Can I suggest you to listen to some of rustage's songs? He is really talented and his songs slap so god damn hard that they will rip your head off! Some of my favourites are "Blood (Alucard rap)", "Can't stop", "Virtue's last reward", "Yuta rap (Goodbye)" and "Again (re:zero rap)"

The old lore has been put to rest, the Metal Resistance was ended, and the door was sealed. Now the seal has been broken, and we're getting songs from 10 parallel worlds, the first one being Cavalry (this song). In short, we don't know what all the symbols are about yet. Su's lyrics are about girding yourself for battle and fighting for you're own path - time honored Babymetal themes.
As an older Babymetal fan, I have followed them since 2013, they have grown up> Proud of them. Two critiques of this song though. First, where's Moa? She's too far in the mix. Second, that really quiet bridge is a missed opportunity. They build you're anticipation, but just go into another chorus. Kinda let down by that. They could have solved both problems by giving Moa a spoken line before the bridge kicked back in. Both the line and bridge would have been powerful. They could have done something there.
Song writing is good, but very conventional. Like this is meant for radio/television. What the song lacks is a Babymetal moment where you are surprised and say "I didn't see that coming". You see everything coming here. But like Judas Priest and You Got Another Thing Coming, there's a place for a more commercial song

@@Tyyppl it's a concept album but the restoration tracks have given some indication of where things could be going.From what I can tell most sounds like it's going to be a baller. Something tells me there isva suprise somewhere but not going to speculate on that just yet. :)
Well the typical trait of Babymetal music is each song are really really uniquely different from each other, I doubt whole album would sound like this, but based on the release history of their singles, this is just a warm up for their comeback, next singles they release should be bigger ones

Lore: All previous lore, supposedly, has been sealed away. And, Divine Attack is a primer for a new chapter as The Other One concept does not exist in our universe. Everything forthcoming originates from other dimensions. So, new lore is being written. As for the rotating statues, figures, and monuments, they might represent “The Other One”. In previous promos, distorted faces were presented to us fans, leaving us guessing who this person may be. We know The Avengers (three rotating backup dancers filling in the place for Yuimetal) have departed. The mystery (big question) is: Who will next take the third position? Will there actually be a third position? Will Yuimetal return? Possibilities are endless…
We are almost certain that this visualizer has something to do with the lore behind the song and even the whole concept album, and like you, most of us are still figuring out what those mean. That's one thing I personally like with this band, I'm not just listening to good hybrid metal music, I'm also looped into a story that adds to their uniqueness.
There isnt any confirmed meaning so the song is very much up to interpretation. The lyrics come along the lines of a call to arms, a wake up to everyone after the last few years.
Make no mistake, this is a good tune and only the first of ten tracks. However, if this is the direction that Babymetal is going, I think you can kiss goodbye to kawaii. Of course, that seemed pretty evident with their "Metal Galaxy" album - there didn't seem to be a lot of kawaii on that album.
Now they are just another J-metal band albeit a very good one.
