your not closing led properly or
u need to bake 10 more mint if not baking center
You are increasing decreasing gas flame
1 thing must and should pre heat 10 mint
Then u have to put cake tin
Gas Flam should be medium
Close properly led
After 25 mint only check cake
Do not open led again and again
cake batter should not be thick or runny
