All actors/actresses did so well and really brought it to life. Hearing the screams and seeing the panic is hard to watch when imagining what those poor souls went through in 1912. RIP to all. This movie is amazing, one of my favorites. Beautiful love story, heartfelt music, amazing detail. Great tribute to a terrible tragedy.
I remember visiting the maritime museum in Liverpool, UK and it was said that the orchestra was real and wanted to keep on entertaining the guests of the ship. A lot of people lost their lives. Fallen heroes. Visit it to know more. You’ll see their costumes, the model of the ship and etc. 🎬🛳🚢🛶
I couldn’t even begin to know how to organize such an enormous film. The sets, schedules, directing hundreds of people at once, the effects, costumes, camera angles, etc all at once 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ congratulations to James Cameron and the crew for doing such an amazing job.
I met Cameron early this year. At a special screening/after party for his film, “Avatar The Way Of Water”. We have a mutual friend. He was very nice. Easy to talk to. Sense of humor too.
Very interesting to see this. It’s amazing how Cameron was able to do this. He likes mega complicated films to make. The great challenge. They filmed much of the ship scenes off the Gulf of Mexico. The budget was huge back then. Nowadays it’s a common budget.
It was not in the Gulf of Mexico. It was in the resort town of Rosarito in Baja California, Mexico. That's on the the pacific ocean. It's a 45min drive from San Diego, US to Rosarito Mexico

First time I'm watching behind the scenes of this epic movie I watched when it was first released in cinemas. And I can honestly say, that guy in the flannelette shirt and all other camera crew, stick out like a sore thumb! Get out! 😂
Anything from the 10 minute marker onward is for the 3D edition of the film. You can tell because they use the 3D glasses when watching the TV along with the fact that one of the workers is wearing a pair of Beats By Dre headphones.
I watched this film many times but I finished with watching the 1958 Titanic film. Cooler than 1997. No adultery, big criticism of the Californian, focus on the people's tragedy. If the 1997 version is superior in something, it's for sure about that luxurious design. But the story of 1958 is superior. Interesting how they showed the boat in 2 parts in 1997 and it didn't divide in the 1958 version.

This is the making of that movie but my eyes still betray me. Wonderful piece of work. Cameron did a fantastic job as this will always be a classic!
