I have a 2005 C240, but your video is THE closest to my car so will give me a good idea how to get the panel off, the power window mechanical piece broke inside the door frame. The motor is working fine, it seems it's a mechanical bar inside that broke.

I get as far as 3:20 but with the six screws out my handle is still firmly attatched to the panel by something. I cannot get it to come out. Appears to be connected somewhere around the top of the handle. 🤔

Turns out something sticky had been spilled near the door handle and it made a pretty good glue holding the door handle in place.

If the button is broken off but the window works do they sell just the caps for this model

Not that i'm aware of. The switch comes as a whole unit.
