I actually love how josh gives every potential owner a story, and how every new owner will be a youtuber 😂
Maybe I'm the only one, but I kind of feel like it ruins the gameplay when you don't care if the house looks good or not. It removes all the joy and fun, because the focus is no longer on being creative, but rather it is on manipulating the system flaws so you can make profit. I'd much rather see you be meticulous with it and renovate houses to your liking (possibly with some consideration to profit).
Anyways , glad this is back, although it kind of irked me that you didn't care about the kitchen at all really lol

- Sidemen house (decorated with pictures and logos of sidemen members)
- Classy house (with fancy decoration and stuff)
- Inverted house (everything backwards and paintings upside down)

You should do a budget challenge where you buy all the necessities (e.g. radiators, plaster, bathroom appliances, etc.) and them have 2k/5k/10k or whatever to decorate the house

You should *try* and remake the sidemen house or make a house with rooms for all the sidemen or rooms with lots of bunkbeds and stick pictures of everyone around the house
When you're tiling the bathroom and doing small parts like around the window and above the door you have enough plaster on the board to do 2 lines before going to get another tile from the pile
Instead of making someone dislike your place, surely it's easier and better to make someone else LIKE the place
