Anything from around 65hz and up, so does not produce allot of deep bass. The iLoud Micro Monitors does create empressive deep bass for such small speakers down to 55hz if you only want small monitors. The 8010A is more midrange with some bass and very naturally sounding highs. I like the Genelec for my use case for voice applications. But if you want to go lower than 60hz Genelec makes a subwoofer for these model 7040A and then you can get the really low frequency and still with very flat sound.
Nice Stiletto knife right there you have!😉🙂
Very useful, thanks.
dont judge buy its size ! it is way more powerful !
No one ever mentions no volume knob on this model
Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I have a small question. Wich cable would I need to connect it to my ur22 interface? Thank you
Ludwig Schilling You need a XLR male to TRS cable
Which USB dac or audio interface do you recommend with them? Mainly for main out (not into recording)
Good question. Is there such without any inputs out there?
How do you connect 2 of them?
How loud are they? I'd love to see some demo. I want to get them but not sure if 100w total output is good enough.
They are very loud, plan to do a sound demo video in the future. But for such small speakers, they really crank out allot of volume.
whcvip I know that it is to much to ask for the bass from such a small speaker but do they have enough bass to compliment the mids and the highs?

Guess I cannot run from that 👍
accent so good or so bad ? lol ......
Recommended for House Music production??
If you rely on lower frequency, then adding a sub is recommended. Only use them for voice work, and for that they are perfect 👍
@@whcvip Genelec 8020 or 8040 needs sub?
which sub is recommended?7040?
