- Alexandria is a port city located on the Mediterranean Sea in northern Egypt founded in 331 BCE by Alexander the Great. It was the site of the Pharos (lighthouse), one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, and the legendary Library of Alexandria and was once the most vital cultural center of the ancient world, rivalling even Athens, Greece.
Unfortunately the glorious days of Alexandria are gone.

Yes, it is in a very bad state. Beautiful city but not looked after. I will upload some more videos from Alexandria some time later.

@@streetsambience6054 One thing that I've learned about Egypt is that the people that live there today are not the descendants of the original Egyptians *Africans. I kept waiting to see Black people in that crowd. No grass, no trees and no Black Egyptians. Just an observation.
@@JeffmChicagoThat's true I don't think I have seen there a single black person. There are no trees it is a proper concrete jungle plus it is Africa no good soil just sand so the trees don't grow easily.
